E-Tronic(Guangzhou)Technology Co., Ltd was incubated and established by the Greater Bay Area Institute of Integrated Circuit and system which is a key project invested and incubated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences system and has received key support from the governments of Guangdong Province and its municipalities. E-Tronic focuses on the development of power semiconductors and new energy controller systems, relying on the guidance and support of the National Science and Technology Major Project Chief Engineer, E-Tronic provide customers with services such as power module packaging design, trial production, drive system development, and manufacturing, aiming to help customers achieve industry leadership and build a domestic automotive semiconductor ecosystem.

E-Tronic's core members come from world top 500 companies such as BOSCH, ST, CRRC, GE, and Huawei, with rich cross-domain know-how in power module design/manufacturing, automotive electronic software/hardware development, functional safety, etc. E-Tronic has jointly established an "Automotive Electronics Joint Laboratory" with leading multinational companies in the automotive semiconductor and basic software industries worldwide, and carried out comprehensive strategic cooperation.

E-Tronic already established an internationally advanced automotive-grade power module packaging production line with advanced process technology capabilities such as chip placement, screen printing, pressure-assisted silver sintering, vacuum welding, copper wire bonding, vacuum encapsulation, transfer molding, and non-destructive testing. E-Tronic has also invested in key testing equipment such as dynamic and static testing, power cycling, and reactive aging, and has packaging testing capabilities for housing and transfer molding structures, enabling them to achieve full-process packaging manufacturing. E-Tronic has built the first large-area silver sintering production line for SiC TPAK power modules in China, introducing international advanced packaging technology and successfully achieving industrialization. Based on the above, E-Tronic has launched a series of automotive-grade power module/module products.

E-Tronic is deeply engaged in the research and development of motor control systems based on SiC power semiconductors, including: SiC motor controllers, SiC multi-domain controllers, and deep integration of MCU, BMS, VCU, OBC, DC-DC and other functions. E-Tronic has achieved extreme miniaturization and weight reduction of multi-domain products, and has closely followed the standard development of new energy vehicles, making early layouts in functional safety and information security. E-Tronic has obtained the first domestic product certification of SiC motor controller that meets ASIL-D, leading domestically in product safety and reliability.
